Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms govern use of the dbcommerce platform (the “Service”) operated by Doctor Barns Tech. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

dbcommerce lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account, run an AI sales agent, send approved template broadcasts, and take payments. You remain the controller of your customer data and the registered owner of your WhatsApp number.

Acceptable use

You must only message people who have opted in, honour STOP requests, and use Meta-approved templates for marketing. Spam, scams, or sending from a number you do not own is grounds for immediate suspension.

Fees

Platform fees (onboarding and monthly plans) and per-message wallet credits are charged in Ghana cedis via Zoe Pay. Unused credits are not refundable except where required by law.

Liability

The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for Meta policy enforcement, carrier delivery, or lost sales. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.
